Scheduling An Appointment
You can schedule an appointment with us by using the contact us link or by calling or emailing us directly at phone (919)703-6272, email: email@example.com. We also allow online booking using our online scheduling tool Massage Books. When scheduling via contact us, phone or email, Please be sure to tell us the name of the client, what service and session length your are looking for and the best method of contact for you. We will return all request within 24 hours if not sooner.
Booking An Appointment Online
Click on the "Book Now On Massage Book" link at the top of the page to schedule your next appoint online. You will be redirected to Massage Book our online scheduler. Click on the tab labeled "Service" to see the list of services. Choose your service and session length then press the select button (if a service has a longer session time just click on the down arrow to the right of the session length to reveal the longer session time and then press the select button. For example, a relaxation massage has a 50 min session time and a 80 min session time. When you are looking at the service online you will only see the 50 min session time shown. If you click on the down arrow to the right of the session time, the scheduler will allow you to choose the 80 min session time. If there is no arrow the session only comes in the session time shown). When you have successfully booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email for the appointment that you booked. You will also receive a client health intake form. Please fill this out online before you arrive for your appointment. Once you click save on the form all of your information comes directly to us digitally, so you don't need to print the form out. If you are not able to fill the form out online, one will be provided at the time of your appointment. We ask that your arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill the form out so it does not interfere with your massage time. Groupon and Living Social vouchers are redeemed at the time of your appointment. If you have a Groupon or Living Social voucher be sure to put your voucher number in the appointment notes section for the appointment

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your appointment. This amount will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to your next appointment if no card is on file. Groupon and Living Social vouchers will be forfeited.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They" will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. This amount will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to your next appointment if no card is on file.Groupon and Living Social vouchers will be forfeited.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
