Scheduling An Appointment
All appointments are now scheduled online. Some things to keep in mind as you are scheduling your appointment. Be mindful of the business hours of each day. Appointments generally book 2-3 months in advance. Available appointment dates will have a green circle around the date. If you do not see a green circle in the particular month you are looking for all the appointments have been booked. Please keep going forward until you find a date and time that fits your schedule.
If you are not satisfied with the appointment date you booked and would like to be considered for and earlier appointment date, please leave a request to be added to the cancellation list in the "Note to provider" section of the appointment booking and you will be added to the cancellation list. Only vouchers that expire in 2018 and expired vouchers from 2017 that have an existing appointment will be accepted at the time of your appointment regardless of the expiration date printed on the voucher. If you have an expired voucher that was issued prior to January 1, 2018 and no existing appointment, you will be required to pay an additional fee as the promotional value has expired.
If you have a voucher, you will need to put the voucher code in the "Note to provider" section of the appointment booking. The voucher code is the number listed under the barcode on your actual voucher. It is all numbers no letters. Any appointment made with a voucher will be subject to cancellation within 24 hours if the voucher code is missing from the appointment details.
To start the scheduling process click on the "Book Now" button at the top of the page. You will be redirected to Massage Book our online scheduler. Once you are redirected to the Massage Book page, click on the tab labeled "Book Now" and you will be taken to
Screen 1-Appointment booking- Choose your service and session length then press the select button (if a service has a longer session time just click on the down arrow to the right of the session length to reveal the longer session time and then press the select button. For example, a relaxation massage has a 50 min session time and a 80 min session time. When you are looking at the service online you will only see the 50 min session time shown. If you click on the down arrow to the right of the session time, the scheduler will allow you to choose the 80 min session time. If there is no arrow the session only comes in the session time shown). Groupon vouchers and Living Social vouchers that have purchased a package of two or three massages , you will find these services listed under the heading "Special Offers". The package of two or three massages can only used by one person.
Screen 2 - Select Date/Time- You will choose the date and time of the appointment. Remember available appointment dates will have a green circle around them. Once you have chosen your date and time click the "Next" button.
Screen 3- Email Address - Enter your email address and click "Continue".
Screen 4 - Login Information - If you are a returning client you will need to enter your login information. If you are a new client you will need to register. When finished click" Continue".
Screen 5- Add-Ons- Allows you to add on additional services to complement your massage. Check the add-ons you wish to be included and click "Next". If you do not wish to receive any add-ons click "Skip".
Screen 6- Note to Provider Section- List your voucher code here and your request to be added to the cancellation list if this pertains to your appointment and click "Next".
Screen 7- Cancellation Policy- Read the cancellation policy and confirm that you have read the policy and click "Next". For Groupon and Living Social vouchers payment in full equates to redemption of your promotional value. You may still redeem the voucher at an additional cost.
Screen 8- Payment Options- Click the method of payment that applies to your appointment. Groupon and Living Social Vouchers will need to choose "Pay in Person" option for payment.
Screen 9- Booking Complete- You have successfully booked your appointment. If you do not see this screen you have not completed the scheduling process and your appointment will not be saved. Make sure you see this screen. Another way to know that your appointment is successfully booked is by checking your email. You will receive a confirmation email for the appointment that you booked. You will receive a separate email containing a client health intake form. Please fill this out online before you arrive for your appointment. Once you click save on the form all of your information comes directly to us digitally, so you don't need to print the form out. Please keep in mind that the health intake form is a legal document, so please fill it out completely. If you cannot fill out the form at home you will be able to fill it out at our off. We ask that your arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill the form out so it does not interfere with your massage time. If you do not receive these two emails, the scheduling process has not been completed.
*note: any specials or discounts will be done at the time of your appointment and will not show in the price listing on Massage Book excluding Groupon and Living Social vouchers.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your appointment. This amount will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to your next appointment if no card is on file. Groupon and Living Social vouchers the promotional value will be forfeited. The voucher may still be redeemed with an additional cost.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They" will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. This amount will be charged to the card on file Groupon and Living Social vouchers the promotional value will be forfeited. The voucher may still be redeemed with an additional cost.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
